Hassan Care Humanitarian Foundation (HCF INC.) is a registered nonprofit organization in Liberia committed to improving the lives of vulnerable and underserved communities. Through healthcare, education, sanitation and hygiene, agriculture, and youth empowerment, we work to create sustainable opportunities, strengthen communities, and bring hope to those who need it most.

We work to improve access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene in underserved communities across Liberia. Through WASH initiatives, hygiene education, proper waste management, and community awareness, we help prevent disease and create cleaner, safer, and healthier communities.

Growing Food, Strengthening Livelihoods
We support smallholder farmers and vulnerable communities in Liberia through sustainable agriculture, farming support, and food-security initiatives. Our goal is to improve food production, strengthen livelihoods, reduce hunger, and help families build more sustainable and self-reliant communities.
Supporting Vulnerable Families and Communities
We provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable individuals and families facing hardship in Liberia. Through emergency relief, community support, and essential resources, we help people overcome difficult situations and work toward safer, healthier, and more dignified lives.
